Add a new pin
Upload any image — square or rectangular both work. It's scaled down only if taller than 180px; nothing gets cropped.
A member can have one pin at a time (picked from a dropdown on the Admin page, unlike the ribbon/badge checklists). It appears on both collar tips at once — the same image, mirrored either side. Removing a pin here also unassigns it from any member currently wearing it.
